A while back i entered in a cutting contest and was given a free bottle of Rage by Primaforce (big props out to them for providing it). I made the mistake at that time of being an uneducated lifter in terms of knowledge about proper dieting. I just worked out, did some cardio, and took the fat burner. I ate pretty unhealthily, just because as a teenager its what is likely to happen. anyways, the effects were still noticable. I had heightened alertness, and had alot of physical energy. Best part was, it was a gradual flow, it slowly built up, and lasted a good while without a crash. Nothing too strong, but definately noticable. My weight maintaned throughout the bottle, but once again i had a bad diet, so its really not fair to say it didnt do anything.
