i was able to try this product thorugh a free sampling given by the company. i was suprised when a small packet of creatine powder came to my mailbox in a regular sized envelops, but after reading the packet i realized that the packet was enough to last a smaller guy like around 20 days, an extremely generous sample from the company which says something in its own right. the product mixed up extremely easy and had a very slight taste but nothing bad at all. while using this product i noticed i was having much better workouts, increasing the weight i was moving, and actually gained a few pounds in the 20 days. im sure not all of this is attributed to this product but i believe this is the best creatine product i have ever used and would suggest it to anyone looking for a break from creatine monohydrate

I had the opportunity to talk to the disturber of Con-Cret. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how small of a serving you would need for a 200 lb guy. Seems to be very potent concentrated creatine, micronized for micro-dosing. In short, you could buy a large container and it would last you longer. In addition, I noticed increases in my strength and muscle development. Another great feature would be this product's ability to help you recover faster and last longer in the gym. Very beneficial as there is no loading phase either. You simply take before or after your workouts. Has a very easy to follow dosing chart included that makes it ideal for beginners. Great product.
