0 forum posts Gold Medal Carbs contains Maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate derived from corn. Technically considered a starch, Maltodextrin actually contains a number of carbohydrate chains of varying lengths and absorption rates, including dextrose, maltose, oligosaccharides and polysaccharides. This carbohydrate profile offers a staggered release effect that allows for a more continuous carbohydrate supply. Gold Medal Carbs has a very mild sweetness, but otherwise is almost tasteless. It can easily be added to water, fruit juice, a sport drink or protein shake depending on your carbohydrate requirements. User reviews

Written by baboo99 - View all my reviews i bought the natural flavor, it has a slihgt sweet taste but its almost tasteless. i have been using this product for years now. it goes together well with any good quality protien, you can use it that way insted of buying those weight gainers that are pretty much the same thing. i also think it makes my muscles fuller, its almost like having a pump, i am sure its because its giving me so much energy. when i'm training in the gym, it lets me push the weihgts harder and i dont get tired easily. |
