Gut Health is a great GI health/biotic product for athletes.

Taste of pills is negligible, even with that oily layer on them. As far as claims of greater absorption of nutrients and immunity boost it was difficult to actually "see" these effects. But using Gut Health my BM's were far more regulated and easy. To give not-so-graphic detail, my BM's were what most charts would say is healthy and they were smooth and easy going. Compared to when not using GH, I felt far more relieved after a BM when taking gut health, and this was probably it's greatest noticeable effect IMO and my favorite.

I did notice a slight amount of gut rot/uneasyness down there after I finished a bottle, so I suppose that my guts adapting to no more exogenous biotics. For this reason also, I rated that there may be some dependency based on this. But the problems after did not last very long, it was less than a week for symptoms to stop. That, and less silky BM's after using, were the only side effects I noticed and experienced, and it was after I stopped using.

I actually did not experience greater amounts of flatulence than usual, which is a claim of some users.

This was the first pro biotic product that i used. On the bottle it is designed for people who havent used it in the past. you start with 2 pills a day for first 5 days and then go down to 1 pill a day for remainder of bottle. Worked great and within the first 5 days I definatly noticed better digestion and a better feeling of well being all around. Solid product and really started my obcession with pro biotic supplementation. I suggest it to anyone looking to get healthy or stay healthy, as well as those that may have any digestion issues or are in a position where they get sick quite often. definatly worth every penny that it costs.

Hands down the best purely digestive supplement around. Once you've taken it for ~10 days I can promise you that you'll experience no more digestion issues whatsoever. Coming in at a VERY affordable price, this is an invaluable and essential supplement to anyone that has digestive issues. One can afford to give this a try thanks to it's low cost and most will be pleasantly surprised.

A glorified bottle of bacteria. Thanks RPN, this is just what I've been waiting for all of my life.

Digestive Aid - In the eternal quest to get huge, we're often barraged by a plague of nasty side effects. Among the sides most obvious, we have protein farts.

What is one to do about such a nasty little problem? One could eat less, but that's no way to get huge. One could also block the flow of that gaseous exhaust with any manner of rubber stop, but this could lead to a potentially awkward and painful situation.

But behold, we have Gut Health! I purchased this purely due to painfully horrid protein farts; the type that leave the whole apartment reeking of sewer. The first week of use at two pills per day proved to be nothing special. After a week of use, things started to settle a bit, and the apartment started to return to the natural smell of many cooked animals - it smelled like roses relative to weeks prior.

Value - I'm not afraid to admit it - I care about my aesthetics, and indeed, my aroma. That being said, this product did what it promised, and that means a lot to me. This will run you around $15.00 for a month's worth. $15.00 to save yourself from a load of embarrassment for a month? Not bad, not bad...

Overall, this is another solid product from RPN. In this age of over hyped fancy supplementation, this is a relative bargain - it actually works too! So next time you're eying up the latest pump product online, just remember that one product may make you feel like a badass in the gym, but the boring one that costs half as much will prevent you from looking like an ass(for reasons related to foul rectal exhaust, anyway, your personality is your own damn problem).

Thank you RPN for another fine product. This should be a staple for any bulking cycle.
