I have been using Scivation Xtend for a few years now, and I for a BCAA product it doesn't get much better than this! Price wise compared to Bulk BCAA is not much different depending on where you purchase Xtend. I have tried every flavor of Xtend (Apple, Orange, Lemonade, Watermelon, Grape (including the newly improved grape)), and they all taste very good! In fact I could drink this all day long, and comparing the price difference between a drink mix like cyristal light you could (very little differnce in price).

I usually take a serving first thing in the morning before doing some cardio, then I drink some intra workout. Xtend is great for preserving muscle, burning fat, and building lean muscle tissue.

i receieved a tub of this stuff a while back as a gift and enjoyed it pretty much. the watermelon flavor is enjoyable but nothing spectacular to me. the powder mixes fairly easily and if it is mixed then let to sit in a refrigerator for fifteen minutes or so the mix is pretty much perfect. this was one of the first supplements i used and always felt it gave me great focus and alertness in the gym but this may have just been a placebo like effect since i was still early in my training. scivation is a great company and the proven 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA's is found in the product as the label states. so if you are looking for a bcaa product you really cant go wrong with xtend. only downside owuld be price but isnt really that exspensive.

Xtend is an invaluable supplement to the bodybuilding/endurance training communities. When it comes to lifting heavy weights, supplementing with BCAA's intraworkout is a must. Xtend does this, and to great effect. When supplementing with Xtend I noticed faster recovery times and increased endurance, both of which I enjoyed and expected from this product.

Though it does not taste awesome, BCAA's are hard to flavor and it tasted pretty good (I had watermelon). Mixability was fine, I find it's good to let it sit for a little bit to dissolve between shaking it. As far as tolerance or safety issues, with BCAA's its not really a problem and Xtend can be used all the time.

I recommend this product to everyone who trains, as it helps in recovery and endurance whether weight training or doing cardio.

Best tasting BCAA product I've used to date. I've only tried the watermelon flavour but it is intoxicating.

I have been looking for a bcaa powder for a while now. After doing some calculations and doing some research, I decided on Xtend. They definitely have a good formula here. Its tastes great(a tad sweet) and mixes very well. Very little residue left in the glass after a quick stir. It also blends well with almost anything else you put into it - great for making your own blends for pre, intra, or post workout. The price is also very reasonable. You may be able to find bulk bcaa for a little cheaper but you won't have the flavor system and instantized nature of Xtend. Those characteristics are definitely worth the extra bit. It helps me workout longer without hitting the wall, and also speeds my recovery. Great for cardio too.

Xtend does not serve too many purposes while bulking, but it sure can help. I personally use it as a staple for my workouts during a cutting phase. With Xtend I have been successfully cutting for the last month, I have so far dropped about 5% of my bodyfat total. I am looking better, and best of all, my strength has not declined one bit yet. Actually, it has been increasing. Of course a large chunk of this would be thanks to my diet, but from past experiences, I would lose alot of strength during a cut. Xtend has helped me keep my strength and mass.
Taste, well, what can you say? Possibly the best tasting intra-workout supplement I have used. With a variety of flavors, all of them taste amazing. No joke, I want to use it all the time.
Mixes well, no complaints there. On average, it costs about $20 for 30 servings, or $50 for 90, so in my opinion, it is quite cost efficient, and for the results I get, I will continue to use it.

This product is a great recovery enhancer. For this product I would go with the watermelon flavor it tastes great. The muscle gainage from this product is also a good benefit. While on this product my recovery is great and I feel much better. I will break down all the benefits of this product.
Taste: the taste is wonderful
Muscle repairing: My muscles repair quicker
Strength: great product for strength

I would recommend this product to everyone and since using this product I will never go back. This product has helped me gain 20 pounds on my bench press and 10 pounds to my weight. I would recommend this product to anyone because it works so great. Overall this product is 10/10!
Also I would take this product twice on workout days and once on off days if you are feeling sore, this product helps me workout like every day of the week. Go out and get it now!!! greatest recovery product ever!
