This is an intra/post-workout product and I've gotta say it's very impressively designed. Featuring 10g of added BCAAs and 16g protein per serving, this also has creatine and beta alanine. The more impressive part, though is the fact that this has whey and casein to not only spur protein synthesis but keep you anabolic. The lemonade taste was awesome, although the shake got a little grainy at the end, but I may not have used enough water, plus it is casein and whey. Great endurance, no BA tingles though :/

This product from Starchem Labs is the post-workout solution to an Armageddon workout. Post-workout is a critical time to get muscles recovered and full of nutrients lost during the workout. Evolution X10 attempts to do that through different ingredients that are known to help your body recover. Branch chain amino acids spark recovery and growth while creatine builds strength. This product has three types of protein with varying rates of digestion(whey isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, casein hydrolysate). I had the grape flavor and it was pretty good. The mixing was simple as one scoop in 20 ounces of water. You can take it 30 minutes into your workout or just wait to use in post-workout. I used it in post-workout and it was quite refreshing. Check this out when you have the money because its steep for a intra/post-workout product.
