They also reduce your cholesterol. I found these at Trader Joes, and i found that they were great. They helps reduce my cholesterol levels and tryglyceride levels significantly. All you do is take two gel capsules each day. I usually take one with breakfast and one with dinner. They do not have any awkward or nasty taste, nor any side effects. It is basically like eating lots of vegetables. I found that they also seemed to help with relaxation and easing stress, which is also great. I highly recommend to try.
