Product: Price: 14.99 for 1000 grams Dosage: 5 grams. Some people like to load with 10-15 grams, but it really isnt necessary since your muscles will become fully saturated after a certain time period. Loading just helps you get there quicker Mixability: Mixes into water without clumps. Taste: Tasteless and odorless Conclusion: I gained some decent muscle and strength while using this product. You will retain some water, but that of course is normal when on creatine. I used it for about 2 months and put on 5-10 pounds on most of my lifts. Once I went off, I lost all the water weight, but my strength gains stayed. For the money this is an excellent product. I have had positive results from supplement direct and I highly recommend this product.
