The TP BCAAs are again just a basic high quality BCAA product... the instantized part means that something(a B vitamin I think?) is added in small amounts to make them more soluble in water and mix well. I have used them both by themselves with a little crystal light or as part of a PWO shake mix. Very happy with the texture, they mix well and don't settle at the bottom like some other BCAAs tend to do. The taste is like any other plain BCAA, not very good. Mix these with something or be prepared for an acidic taste. They are best bought in bulk and everyone should use a discount code when they go to order like DLA735.
