Written by Shardsofglass - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews The most noticeable effects from P-Slin were an increase in pump during and after my workouts, quicker and more efficient recovery times after training, and an increase in vascularity during workouts. I normally have decent pumps going throughout my workouts, however P-Slin brought them to the next level and helped to sustain them after my workout was finished. I didn't experience many gains in strength during the time I was taking it, but my recovery was great considering the size of the pill (500 mg) compared to other recovery products such as BCAA powders that require ~15g of product to match the same recovery effects. Endurance seemed to be a bit of a let down for me, I still managed to feel bogged down after eating my pre-workout meal that consisted of 75-100g complex carbs from oats and waiting a good 1.5-3 hours before training. I did notice a much better endurance aspect when I used waxy maize starch as my stand-alone complex carb source pre-workout and followed it up with more carbs after training. The more complex carbs taken in, the better the pump and vascularity will be. This is a great product for increases in lean mass, after thirty days of following the instructions very strictly I could see noticeable increases in the mirror while maintaining a low body fat percentage (6.8%). 0 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by History in Effect - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Goal: gain new muscle mass and lost more fat. It comes in pill form and you take one pill 15 minutes before your pre-workout meal. It is recommend that you consume 60-100 grams of carbs in that meal. I used oats, honey, raisins, or bran On non-workout day, I took it before a carb-rich meal. How: drives carbs and amino acids to promote growth and recovery floods muscles with nutrients to create new environment where new muscle tissue is built and the body burns fat for P-Slin allows you to eat more carbs... Fact: When I first started, it was hard to digest 80 or more grams of carbs in one sitting or should I say oats. Now its a lot easier and I still feel full. P-Slin makes you stronger, more vascular, improves endurance, awesome pumps, and better power... Fact:The vascularity was coming out in my quads and bicep vascularity was extreme. Endurance was good and I could take shorter rest between sets. Pumps were decent, but not like Animal Pump or N.O.-XPLODE. Power and strength went up as I set personal records of 225 X 12 on flat bench and 225 X 5 on incline bench Conclusion Ingredients 10 out of 10 Had no clue what they were at first, then I researched them before I consumed the products. Effects 10 out of 10 They did what they were suppose to do Label Claims P-Slin got a 10 P-Slin overall got a 4.5 out of 10. I would have liked to see more pumps. |
