Animal flex is by far the best stand alone joint support product available on the market. With a variety of different substances found within each dose you receive the best possible strengthening for your joints. I have used a number of different joint support products, standalone substances and other joint packs, fact is, none have worked better for easing my joints than animal flex. It has become a staple in my supplement stash, because as an athlete and power lifter my joints need to be taken care of, and animal flex gets the job done. The only down side i can find to animal flex is that you dont feel the effects as soon as you take it, it generally takes about 1-2 weeks before your joints really start feeling alot better, but once that has hit, they feel great for a long time.

Purpose
My left shoulder has a slight injury in which anytime I bench or shoulder press heavy, I have extreme pain. The pain stays with me for 2 days and affects negatively my overall exercise routine in a power/strength routine or sets. In the past I have used cissus and have had very positive results. I am looking though for something a bit more accessible in regards to $$$$, if possible.


Value/Cost 10/10
Since Animal Flex has several different joint support ingredients, the price at $22.95 for 6 weeks is cost efficient and quite reasonable. Another highlight I truly enjoy is it's convenience, I can take the serving pack anywhere if needed.


Effectiveness/Results 10/10
I started noticing it's effect by mid-week 3 and by the end of week 4 the pain was completely gone. I have been able to to bench and shoulder press heavy with virtually no pain or symptoms. I give this product a 10 because after 4 weeks the results were there and I still had 2 more weeks left.

Overall 10/10
Animal Flex has an excellent formulation due to it's variety and adequate amounts of each ingredient. I believe this product will be a mainstay with my multi because of it's cost and results. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a true joint support product, thank you Universal Nutrition.

I started taking Animal Flex for preventative means, rather than for specific joint pain and issues. I was doing a great deal of heavy squatting, deadlifting, and benching. I saw other guys doing the same lifts and complaining of knee, shoulder, and back pain, and I wanted to avoid that. I will say that I had started noticing some twinges here and there, but nothing major.
About two weeks into taking Flex, I noticed that these little twinges disappeared. My joints definitely felt more lubricated, as well. I felt like I could get out of the hole while squatting with greater ease. I had been feeling a little pain in my right shoulder when heavy benching, but after Flex, I didn't feel it any longer.
Another thing I have noticed is that after playing tennis, I no longer feel like I have tennis elbow, which is something that used to happen to me alot.
This is a product that I have used and will use for as long as I lift and play sports. You get 45 packs and you can find it for about $20, which is amazing. It also provides other benefits, such as cardiac health, as it contains fish oil.

First off, Universal is one of the most legit companies in the business. They've been putting out quality supplements for years! I've had bad joints for years, due to sports, and decided I would give this a shot. My expectations were high going in, and Animal Flex ended up living up to it.

The pills aren't all that hard to take, but if you can't swallow them I wouldn't suggest buying this. There's a pretty high amount of them, but they aren't too hard to take. I started taking 1 pack a day and started noticing the benefits about 3-4 days in. My joints felt lubricated, rather than how they've always felt (stiff). I had zero joint pain throughout the entire duration of taking Animal Flex. I was able to workout hardever than ever and not have to worry about the next day joint pain.

Being how cheap and effective this product is, it is a definite must buy! Your joints will feel brand new when taking it and it beats having to try multiple supplements for healthy joints. The ingredient profile is top notch and you can not lose with this product!

Animal Flex gets a ton of great reviews and I was a bit skeptical when I picked it up. I have multiple joint issues and know what I want in a joint complex, animal flex hit some, but not others. Anyway, for the price it is a good purchase, so I picked some up and gave it a go. This was three tubs ago, obviously I an a convert. It is a very complete product, but in all honesty, at eight pills per serving it had better be. Serving size aside, I have noticed a drop in pain and discomfort in my joints (at least the ones without major damage to them). This is a testament to the product as it actually worked, which not all joint supplements do. Basically, the price is good, and if you don’t mind taking eight pills, some of larger size, then this is the joint product for you.
