Animal Pak has been on the market for over 20 years and there is a reason why. This training pack is the backdrop to the many other supplements you take, but is of great importance. If you lift heavy in the gym, you will certainly need a product like Animal Pak. I did not "feel" Animal Pak like other supplements, but I felt better knowing the nutritional bases were covered daily. The vitamins and minerals along with performance optimizers make Animal Pak an easy choice to put into your explosive arsenal. The only downside is that you have to swallow so many pills. It would be easier for me just to swallow fewer pills or make this into powder form. The price is amazing for Animal Pak and I would certainly buy it again.

This is a multi vitamin product that is a pack of various vitamins and minerals. The ingredient profile cant be beat as well as the doses of each vitamin minerals and other ingredients. For an active athlete or bodybuilder there really is no substitute. I use this product at half dose ( 1 pack per day) as i do not believe i need the full dose per day of all the vitamins. For the money there may be better but not at these concentration levels. Only down side is swallowing 11 pills per day and 8 of them or horse pills. I do suggest this to people looking for a solid multi vitamin pak though. as long as you dont mind the large pills and the large amount of them.

Animal pak is a solid supplement that provides so much in such a big way. It makes sure every base is covered with vitamins and minerals. It should be used every day and as a solid foundation to any supplement stack. Animal Pak is the only multi vitamin that I felt like all my bases were covered as it really does have a huge profile. It covers the EFAs, Digestive system aids, bone and joint support, amino acids, antioxidants, and other performance compounds. The pak has been around for 20 plus years giving it seniority and trust to its users as well. The pills smell funky but they go down easy as they aren't horse pills. Great product for a great value.

Completely and utterly useless product. Expensive, ton of pills that is really useless. There is no reason the body needs 3000-5000% daily requirement of the vitamins they have on there. You are going to piss 90% of those extra vitamins away within 8 hours. Basically your pissing out ur $ and pills in the toliet, besides the fat soluable vitamins which will leave elsewhere. Does nothing that a regular multivitamin and some other pretty useless supplements do (and if they are useful they are way too low of a dosage to have an impact on the body). Extra vitamins is not always a good thing for those who think that.

Stick with a multivitamin which is cheaper, more effective and less detremental to the body

Animal pak is a great product! This product is one of the top notch multi vitamins out there. The minerals and vitamins in there are way above any other multi. This product is great for all aspects. The mental energy I notice is kind of noticeable, the physical energy is pretty great. A great aspect about this is that my anxiety has dramatically decreased. I am a add patient and even though it has hard for me to concentrate while on animal pak my add symptoms were zilch. For the bone and joint support I didn't really notice anything. For digestive aid I noticed that my metabolism was much quicker. The immune system enhancer is also really great, my overall health has really increased. I noticed that while taking this with fish oil that my skin and hair have improved. I am also able to run longer and have longer workout sessions. I recommend this product to anyone who is serious about greatly improving their health.

I over read that this product was the product of the year so I decided to give it a try. When I first bought it I didnt know that there were 11 pills in each pak.. I was like whatever I am going to give this a try. Firstly the smell was horrendous and the packaging was really sketchy... it looked like I was holding drugs. After I took it I immediatley started throwing up and I felt really sick. I then went to the doctor and he told me that I overdosed on multivitamins. Later on that night my hair was also falling out. I would not recommend this product to everyone because of the fact that they just load a bunch of minerals and vitamins in the the pills without thinking about what they are putting into it. I would rather go for quality than quantity and I would go for a product like Orange Triad. Remember dont buy this product unless you want to waste money!

Animal Pak recently won multi of the year, so I decided I would buy it and get rid of my cheap multi. Once I got it, I was stunned by the horrific smell and the taste of the pills in your mouth. Also, 11 pills wasn’t an easy thing to swallow like 1,2,3. I gave it a shot and after a while I started to see some good effects in the gym and at home. Animal Pak is proven to boost immune system and strengthen your bones. So it’s not only amazing in the gym, it can be used at home. Although I do not suggest someone to be taking this like it is a normal multi and not working out cause it has a huge price tag.

If you’re having some kind of trouble swallowing the pills, you can always crush them up and add them to one of your meals like adding it to pudding or something. It may still be bad, but I know for a fact its alot easier doing that then swallowing it whole.

Go out and buy Animal Pak if you want anabolic results!
