As I generally eat pretty healthy, I've tried to get away from the expensive all-in-one multivitamins and concentrate on what I need. This Calcium and D combo is pretty nice, with 100% of the RDA for D in each pill - good for those in areas with little sunlight. It also has 60% of the RDA for Calcium. The tabs are a bit large but not impossible to swallow. This is a pretty good deal, 300 tabs for an inexpensive price.
