Caffeine pills are a lot more convenient than energy drinks or pre-workouts, as you can choose the dosage and don't have to have the creatine or whatever else is in your pre-workout supplement. $4 for 100 pills was a great deal in my mind. Each one contains 200mg caffeine and nothing else. Energy was great, I was surprised that I didn't need all the extras (guarana, taurine, tyrosine, etc) to get a good buzz going. Stamina was solid as well. Slight thermogenic effect as I get sweatier than usual, but nothing too significant.
