General health supplements can be difficult to rate, and Liver D-Tox is no exception - you can't really 'feel' this working like you do a pre-workout, for example. What you can do is judge the ingredients, and the ones here are of high quality. As you might expect, milk thistle extract is a primary ingredient here, but that's not all. Liver D-Tox also contains antioxidants such as vitamin C, curcumin, vitamin E, selenium and N-Acetyl-Cysteine. The product packaging notes that everything from aspirin to alcohol can affect liver function, so it's not just those on cycles who may benefit from a product like this. I did not experience any side effects from this but I didn't have any tests done either, so I can't definitely say anything except that the profile is solid. The only drawback is that it's only a 21-day supply (a lot of AllMax products offer 30 - TestoFX, for instance), but it is pretty inexpensive, so it's not going to break the bank to get multiples.
