Theres not alot to say about this as it is a multivitamin. In comparison to my regular multi (sportpharma multi-v) i'd have to say, i am really impressed with the difference since i began taking vitastack. Though it is more pricey it isnt anything outrageous. The biggest difference is the energy you get from it. though its not stimulatory or anything thats gonna get you jacked, its a nice steady flow that just kind of gets you in gear and going. i love having that kick first thing in the morning, which is much more enjoyable than downing 200mg of caffeine and getting anxious and jittery right off the start of the day.
overall, i am really liking this multi. none of the pills are too big to swallow either so nobody should be complaining
