Speed Stack Powder from American Bodybuilding is an on the golt jolt like no other. The ingredient profile includes the likes of caffeine, guarana, and other goodies that are guaranteed to get you going before a workout or as an early morning boost. You just pour one packet in 16 to 18 oz of water and mixing is quite easy. The flavor I had was Fruit Punch and it tasted like a strong Cool-Aid Fruit Punch flavor, but it was wonderful to keep sipping on it before a workout. There are no jitters and you are ready to burst through in the gym. The amount of caffeine in this product is 250mg which is not a small amount, but I glad they tell you instead of hiding it behind a proprietary blend. This goes for $23.88 for a 12 pack of this stuff and that's a darn good buy.
