All big doses of active ingredients with no fillers. It was not flavored but taste was not too bad just a sour flavor. I put a drop of orange juice in and it tasted better. The muscle gains were insane I gained 7lbs in one month. The gains were probably the biggest gains from a natural supplement. The energy was good but not too strong, I had no dizziness like I do with NOxplode, or shortness of breathe I had with Jack3d. It also had a nice dose of b-alanine, as soon as I felt my skin tingling I knew I was good to go.
