Black Cats is a budget-priced energy product that doesn't give you budget-priced effects. With a line-up of caffeine, 1,3D, Bioperine, Theobromine and some other stims, it delivers energy for a long time. Unfortunately, AppNut went the prop blend route so you have no idea how much of any given stim you're taking in, which isn't cool. Due to the ingredients, Black Cats claims to "support fat loss," but I wouldn't use it as a primary fat burner. I took off points for "Low Side Effects" because it gave me a little anxiety and jitteriness, mostly after my workout was over. Of course, that just shows how long the energy from this lasts, which may or may not be a good thing. Definitely use it in mornings or early afternoon if you value a good night's sleep. The best aspect is focus - I get totally zeroed in and the hour or so flies by, would be great for cardio I'd imagine.
