I've had problems in the past with my knees in particular, from snowboarding and long distance running. Now that I'm lifting with strong intensity, I've noticed my knee joints could be healthier - based on some exercises I do. I decided to go with the Cissus because I found upon research that gulcosamine based supplements work based on a person’s ability to absorb it. So I decided to run the Cissus first, and its natural so it is an added bonus. So far I think this product has helped my joints recoup better after wear and tear and strengthens them for the next round. I haven't tried Chrondoitin, MSM and glucosamine based joint support supplements. So I can't really compare the two. But, from my experience with Osteobolin, Cissus does work and if the other type of joint support isn't working great, definitely try Cissus out. I think it helps bodybuilders that work their joints hard on a regular basis, and I would recommend it for people who don't work very hard but still have problems with joints, tendons, and cartilage. The price is right, I paid about 30 dollars for about 60 days worth. So 15 dollars a month is a good price to have healthy joints and tendons for sure.
