Wooooooooow. This is some good stuff. Unlike most fat burners, it tells you when to take it if intended as a pre-workout, which is nice. However, your boost will last long after your workout, and you may not be hungry even after the most intense workout. This gives you a great mood boost, no jitters or nausea, and a lot of energy and endurance. Awesome.
