As IntrAbolic was one of the pioneers of the intra workout market, I've recently decided to give it a go. I've tried some of the newer, more recent intra products with success, and I've heard great things about IntrAbolic, so I figured it would be well worth the shot. The verdict: I'm not too impressed. Yes, I had DECENT recovery, I had DECENT energy, heck, I even had DECENT pumps. But DECENT is hardly what you come to expect from a $36 per pound product. Probably the best part about this product was the taste and mixability, and I've experienced better in those categories as well. I'm not saying that IntrAbolic is bad, but I feel that there have been so many advancements in the intra market since it's release, that it's badly needing an upgraded formula. One such improvement would be the addition of waxy maize starch, at the very least. Final verdict: Decent.

Intrabolic is one of the best products I have bought in a long time. I have extra endurance that I have been searching for when I am doing long work outs (on a empty stomach) in the morning before work. The powder mixes VERY well, in about 20 seconds it is perfectly mixed. The citrus version tastes like orange juice and you eventually come to love it, I have not tried the green apple flavour. I wish there were more serving per container but it is definately worth it for this product.

So i've heard alot of talk and alot of hype about intrabolic. I have been using amino acid supplements for a long time now, so i figured it was time to give intrabolic a test.
I had citrus ice samples, about 4 packs. Not a fan of the taste. Downable by all means, but not enjoyable in my opinion, not something i WANT to drink during my workout. Also mixability wasnt so great, as i neared the end of the drink its clumped up a bit.
Positive are its actual effects. My endurance was great, felt like i could go all day, recoverability was noticable in the light of not being sore afterwards.
My problem is really the taste, so its gonna be a hit or miss thing. If you like the taste, its a great intraworkout product you should look into, i just prefer something i like the taste of.
Also, it is a little pricey in my opinion, around $35 average for 20 servings, not something i want to invest in

Although I've never really been a fan of ingesting anything too close to my workout, I decided to take a chance on Intrabolic, which is to be taken during your workout. Luckily, it mixed very well with water and didn't cause any bloat or weigh heavily on my stomach. The Citrus Ice flavor was alright, a mix of Orange and Lemon, nothing to write home about but a nice unique taste. Intrabolic contains amino acids as well as beta-alanine for endurance. It provided a noticeable boost during some of my more demanding workouts, so I have no doubts about its effectiveness. The only drawback is the price, which seems to be an issue with all of AEN's products. But if you have the money, it is a quality product, providing endurance, energy and amino acids.

Wild Berry Punch

There are two things that should have tipped me off to the mediocrity of this product - the word "wild" and the word "punch." Both indicate that a company has come up with a product that is somewhat fruity but not distinct enough to carry the name of an actual fruit, so what you get is a random blend of a flavor that really isn't that good. That's exactly the case here - kind of like a fruity, creamy flavor but it's nothing I'd want to drink on a daily basis.

Green Apple

I had heard some bad things about this flavor, but I couldn't believe it would be as bad as people said. I was wrong. This was gross, no other way of putting it.

I recently got to use a few samples of AEN's Intrabolic and boy was it fun. I was expecting just some simple strength and pumps higher than usual but I got much more. After a few minutes I could feel my muscles becoming fuller while also getting much more vascular. When working out it only got better and my lifts were higher than usual due to the intensity factor that Intrabolic brought to my workout. The focus was also great, it made me want to stay at the gym and train all day but I knew I couldn't do that so I just upped the reps which made for some good workouts. I personally recommend Intrabolic to anyone looking for good recovery, strength, and pumps during your workout.
