1,3 Dimethylamylamine has taken a lot of hits lately due to some threads on Bodybuilding.com alleging that it causes migraines. While I haven't experienced that, it's probably similar to caffeine - take too much, and you'll pay for it. That's why it's nice to have it in caps, rather than in bulk where you might make a measuring mistake. BCS Labs packs each cap with 25mg of 1,3 Dimethylamylamine and suggests you take one or two on an empty stomach. I've found that you get bounds of energy from 4 caps after a small meal (a protein bar, or around ~300 calories). I have yet to crash or get migraines, and I've been using this for quite a while. If you're trying to cycle off caffeine but just can't get out of bed, this may help you.
