Phenom Amped has yet to hit the market but I was able to get some samples through a promotion. It contains Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine and caffeine among other ingredients. It comes in pill form, so it is convenient, no mixing required. Unfortunately, it does not provide much of a boost, energy was not elevated at all. Recovery and endurance seemed improved, but nothing worth raving about. Probably would not purchase this when it is released.
