From the kitchen sink to your supplement stash, Betancourt's Ripped Juice Extreme contains just about every fat loss or energy ingredient known to man. The supplement contains (of course) a proprietary blend, so you have no idea how much caffeine, yohimbine, hoodia, evodiamine, etc, that you're consuming, which is a major turn off. With one pill out of the possible two in a serving, I found appetite suppression to be okay, but not great. Energy was not very prominent, focus was improved. This does give me a headache every time, with just one pill, which lasts about as long as the energy does. I have yet to notice any thermogenic effect or pumps, which is odd (the thermogenic part at least). Overall, you could probably get away with just one pill and make this last longer, so the value is good even if the product is not great.
