It's not often I use unflavored whey, but when it's on sale and I have a lot of Jello pudding mix around, I make an exception. In the past, I've found unflavored whey to be a bit of a misnomer, as few products actually taste like nothing. However, the BiPro was as close to unflavored as anything I've experienced in the past. No milky or tangy taste, almost like drinking pure water. Mixability was fantastic, even when I dropped in flavoring agents such as pudding mix or flavored coffee creamer. The whey didn't mask any of the flavoring I put in, so you don't have to worry about any Frankenshakes - it tastes like what you mix in, and that's it. The profile is great, no fat, no carbs, just 80 calories and 20 grams of protein per scoop. No lactose, and I didn't have any digestion issues, bloating or gas. It wasn't very filling, but isolates rarely are, and if you mix something with fiber or fat into it, you'll feel full.
