This stuff is excellent for when you're running low on money, if you're on a budget, this is a great protein powder saver since its one of the most cheap ones and decent quality. Body Fortress has grown a lot since in the past they used to have only protein powder, but now they carry a very complete line.

Another good point of this Whey its that its very easy to find at any Walmart or Target store at the same price basically.

The ingredient profile is quite good, it meets all the need of a competitive whey protein powder with just 3g of carbs per serving and 26g of whey protein concentrate mainly. The only thing i really dislike its the addition of creatine monohydrate, it makes you limit the consumption of this protein, specially if you're already on creatine. I was taking many servings along with creatine (didn't know that is has some) and i got terribly bloated and gaining water weights but mostly feeling and looking puffy ( i also react bad to creatine monohydrate separately ). I lowered my doses and upped water intake and problem gone.

The consistency is very liquid and you won't have problems at all with mixability on a shaker or blender, but with a spoon you may experience some trouble. My favorite flavor is chocolate followed by the new cookies N cream.

Definitely worth a try, the price is well worth.

Also known as Wal-Mart Whey, this is one of the cheapest protein powders you'll find, often in department stores such as Target. Packs an impressive 26 grams of protein per scoop with only 2 grams of fat, and it also contains glutamine and creatine, so definitely a complete product. The Chocolate and Vanilla flavors leave much to be desired, although I hear good things about the Cookies and Cream, though I have not found it in stores near me. Cost-effective and gets the job done with a pretty good profile, not a gourmet taste though.
