Despite being marketed as a protein supplement, this is closer to a low-carbohydrate meal replacement. With 190 calories per serving, 14 g of carbohydrates and 22 g of protein, this isn't going to fit everyone's diet. As with most similar products, this contains a blend of proteins, but forms of whey are the primary ingredients, with milk and casein included in smaller amounts. Just 1 g of sugar and 3 g of fiber, so not terrible. The taste is far from "Outright Freakin' Delicious", as the chocolate had a strong chemical taste, which is a shame, as it seemed as though it was going to be on the richer, darker side rather than milk chocolate. However, it was overwhelmingly chemical tasting. Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
