As many can probably tell by the numbers I gave, i did not enjoy this product at all. Got a couple samples so i figured i would give SizeOn a rest and try this guy out to see why BSN gets repeat customers. Can't figure out why to be honest. Mixibility is fine, as it is with most products by most companies nowadays. Taste was pretty blah. It was grape, which is often hard to get right, but nonetheless it was not enjoyable. just seemed tasteless with a bad stink in my mouth. Strength and endurance wise, it let me down as well. Didnt have my best workouts, but that could happen, otherwise my endurance.
Definately would pass on this one folks.

Decent product, noticed some strength gains on it, but nothing crazy. Gives a slight bloat, and i had a lil trouble digesting, feels like it just sat in my stomach. Prolly wouldnt buy agian unless i got it for cheap. NO synthesize is the way to go for post workout product IMO

BSN is most known for pre-workout powerhouse N.O. Xplode and protein Syntha-6, but I feel Cellmass should be included as one of their best products. I ran a tub of CellMass a while ago and was pleased with the results. The grape cooler flavor is refreshing and mixed outstanding. I like the formula even though I don't really care for creatine ethyl ester over creatine monohydrate, still it worked. Whenever I take creatine, I get good pumps and my arms get fuller. Weight gains were also noticeable and strength did go up. I became a mass monster when I took Cellmass. I felt great taking this after working out and the recovery it provided was adequate. 40 servings for less than a dollar is not bad at all, but there are cheaper options out there especially if you just want creatine monohydrate.

My second creatine formula. At first it rocks, great energy levels and strength was increasing with each workout I made. Muscle gain was and is hard to tell from just creatine, however there was more muscle fullness and more intense pumps. After the big debate of Cellmass being underdosed, it got very bashed, however some say it isn't and that the study was fraud.

BSN is a solid company, the only downside are their prices (which aren't THAT bad). I trust BSN and I trust Cellmass. No bloat at all and no downsides from it, the taste was just decent but a bit strong for me.

If you can afford BSN Cellmass, its a good choice but there are MANY other better formulas that you should look into. You can still get more for less, so this is a bad point for Cellmass.

BSN's Cellmass is a pretty standard product. Some people think it is over hyped; I for one think this product is a fairly decent creatine for beginners. I used this product for approximately four months and noticed pretty fair increases in strength. I didn't have any of the typical "water retention" that everyone fears when taking creatine, but then again I was drinking 2 gallons of water a day. I noticed I gained some muscle and lean mass as I think it was around 4 lbs give or take. The product's taste isn't that bad as I tried all their flavors and I think became immune to them. The powder smells strong, but the taste is about what you would expect from kool aid. It didn't mix that well most of the time for me as I kept getting clumps in my shaker. You also have to play around with the water mixture to suit your taste. Altogether, a good creatine for a steep price.
