Nitrix is a supplement that will keep you alert all day. All you need to do is take the recommended dosage throughout the day with every meal or inbetween. I loved nitrix because it would keep me excited all day to actually go and get my work out done. Once you are taking Nitrix there will be no more missed sets at the gym because you don't feel like doing them. It will never be one of those crappy work out days. Nitrix is the overall best Nitrix Oxide product to get a good work out and to keep you awake and alert throught the whole day.
