Syntha 6 is one of my favorite protein supplements that I have tried and let me tell you I've been taking protein for some time now...

Taste:(Vanilla Ice Cream) 10/10, the taste of S6's Vanilla Ice Cream is just amazing, it isn't to strong and it isn't to bland.. It basically is a nice refreshing drink after a hard workout or a bedtime snack.

Mixibility: 10/10, I have an ordinary mixer cup and let me tell you within 20 seconds of shaking or less you get a shake that is free of clumps and isn't grainy at all, so whatever method you chose to mix it it will probably end up good.

Strength Gain: 8/10, S6 isn't made to give you mad pumps at the gym so thats the reason why it didn't receive at 10/10 but when taken properly this product can help aide in long term muscle gains.

Overall: 9.5/10, A solid product that is now a staple in my diet, S6 has helped me achieve alot in the gym and for that I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good protein shake.

Boy boy boy.. BSN delivers again with a great product in Syntha-6. I got this product looking for a protein that tastes great and boy oh boy this one does. I got the banana flavor and Im suprised how much like a banana it tastes.. All other banana proteins ive tried tasted really chemical like and made me gag. Neways what I really like about this product is that it is time released and delivers the protein to you right when you need it. I always use this product pre and post workout and it has helped me recover quickly and helped me see better results in my muscle quicker. So far I have been taking this product for three months and I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle. I recommend taking this product twice on workout days and once on non workout days for maximum results. Also make sure to drink a lot of water because I noticed that my kidneys hurt when I didnt drink water.

When I first got this product, i knew it was going to be top-notch. Syntha-6 has a very impressive formula consisting from many different protein sources, and all with different absorbtion rates. It is optimal in keeping your body in a anti-catabolic stage by providing protein for a long period of time. The taste is excellent, it is the best tasting protein powder bar-none! The shake mixes very well, with very few clumps and really taste like a dessert. It offers a fair amount of servings of 30, and for its price it isn't too bad of a deal. It is a safe product and i haven't noticed any side-effects at all. Muscle gains and strength cannot really be measured but the formula did help me recover and gain muscle. It is ideal for pre-bed use and you can be sure it will optimize gains in conjunction with a good diet, and good exercise regimen.
