Normally, I'm not a fan of Fruit Punch supplements, but this wasn't too bad; of course with a pre-workout you're pretty much just slamming it, so it's not a big deal if the flavor isn't gourmet. This contains caffeine, theobromine, 1,3D, citrulline malate and more, but the energy just wasn't there, which I found odd. It also has waxy maize, betaine and a couple forms of creatine; despite all of that it really didn't do that much for me. Price is offensive.
