I've gotta say, I really like this formula. 29 grams of protein, 16 grams of carbs, just 1.5g of fat, and a full spectrum of proteins, from whey to egg to casein. It also has MCTs and a ton of vitamins and minerals and just two grams of sugar. Unfortunately, it tastes like it has 0 grams of sugar, because the flavor is nonexistant. The color and the consistency made me think it was going to be rich and fudge-like but the taste was pretty terrible.
