So I started taking huperzine about two weeks ago and at first I felt like it had the opposite effect of what it should have. So I tapered down the dosage and i'm taking 200mcg in the morning and 100mcg in the afternoon and this seems to be the sweetspot. I finding it slightly to recall memory and I feel it's having a good effect on my mood as well. I feel motivated and productive but I'm not sure whether to attribute this to huperzine but something's definitely working.
