I took NO Monster because my roommate had it and i was getting some servings without its permission lol. Anyway i gave this supplement a try for almost a week and i didn't like it really, i was expecting more energy and a fuller look in the gym by pumps but nothing more than nause 15 after taking it.

I would recommend take this supplement not on a complete empty stomach, i never experience problems with ANY supplement on digestive terms, but this one was a little bitch every dose i took. Anyway, talking about effectiveness, it didn't do much for me, i got some good energy through my workouts and sometimes good pumps by high reps low volume, but nothing impossible to achieve without it.

There are many other better NO products i would look before NO monster because of my bad experience, but hey thats just me, my roomie totally loved it, so...

This product in my opinion is one of the best NO products you can get for the money. product is very cheap and has a decent ingredient profile for pumps and energy. Other then that the product isnt great. I have experienced a few serious niacin flushes with this product that eventually subsided. The pumps that ive gotten from this product in the gym are some of the best ive gotten from any product! product comes in capsule form so taste isnt an issue. The amount of capsules you must ingest is a little high but that is how most capsuled pre workout products are as they need suffecient amount of ingredient to reach effect. For the price this is a great product and i suggest it to anyone looking for an NO product.
