First of all, this review is on the new version of Green Bulge from Controlled Labs. Green Bulge comes in capsules form, so you can take it on the go with water or juice. This is convenient for many people who are always on the go. The product is better than the previous one because it contains none of the creatine ethyl ester that many thought wuold replace creatine monohydrate. Instead, this product has magnesium creatine chelate which is one of the most promising creatines on the market. You can take 5 pills 30 to 45 minutes before your workout or you can take them after if you want. If you weight more than 225, you can take 7 pills. I gained some good mass and my muscle did indeed feel harder which is something I love about creatine. Strength went up a little too. The best part is that your muscle looks fuller. The price is pretty good unless you favor just creatine monohydrate. Good solid product.

When all the hype was on the Green Bulge/White blood stack a few years ago, they were such a great supps, but suddenly they are crap. Why? because obviously with years of dedications the human is making more and more complex formulas and has improved things that were the max.

On those times, i remember that Green Bulge worked amazingly great for me. My strength and stamina was up and really high around my workouts, i was motivated to workout because of my increases on the bench and others.

Then sometime later, i get Green bulge at sale and tried again. After very good creatines like sizeon, clout and others, green bulge isn't that fantastic, the creatine content was debated because of its supposed underdosing but then why it worked so great time ago?!

Anyway, if youre a starter i would see give this a try and you won't be disappointed, then you may bring into something hardcore. No sides at all.

This was the first real supplement i used. I baught this product with white flood to use as a stack to gain muscle and strength. My diet was on par and lifting was great, so i did see decent gains in size and strength with this stack. It is a creatine product that is capsulated so great for people who can not stand mixing powders or are worried about taste. Product is quite easy to get ahold of as it is sold in most brick and mortar stores as well as available almost everywhere in online supplement stores. The value of this product is great as well, it gets the job done and is very affordable. Id say for the price is it one of the best capsulated creatine products on the market.
