Sour Green Apple Flavor

A solid creatine product for sure. I like magnesium creatine chelate a lot, and this product conatins this form and dicreatine malate.

Compared to regular creatine monohydrate (creapure) I have seen similar effect using this product - which means it works as it should. The bonus though comes in a few extras that make this not a pre-WO per se, but can show some benefit to using pre-workout. I have not seen significant difference using pre-WO, but the ingredients are there.

Value is great - 80 days worth for a really good price at most places.

Mixes well in water, but left some larger grain residue in shaker. It tastes not too bad. It was a bit sweet for me, and the 'flavor' of apple itself was weak, but it was easy to ingest anyway.

First off, I have to say the taste of Green Magnitude has you sold. Green lemonade is the bomb flavor for sure. I mixed one scoop in 6 ounces of water and like 12 small ice cubes. The mixing was easy in a shaker cup and there were no clumps. It was quite easy and once the green lemonade flavor hit your tongue you could not resist. This stuff doesn't even have any creatine aftertaste or anything like that. I did a nice volumization effect in the gym when using this product. You will not get bloated using this product like creatine monohydrate. I always tend to get a little bloated when using plain monohydrate, but this product is free of that which I am quite happy. The price ain't bad either on bodybuilding com. If you want a flavored creatine product, I suggest you try Green magnitude.

I have used this product many times, going through about my 8th tub at the moment, and all I have to say is amazing. This is an exceptional creatine that I recommend to all. Great benefits at complete safety to you. No worries about testicular shrinkage or skyrocketing estrogen levels, just pure results (albeit not on the level of anabolic steroids, but I'd rather retain my health and still make steady, good gains than make unreal gains and suffer from unreal consequences). Blabber aside, I have, and still am, experiencing great results, including great size and strength gains. Not to mention it tastes great and mixes practically instantly. Green MAGnitude utilizes a patented form of creatine known as magnesium creatine chelate in a green powder that tastes extremely good. I personally use Lemonade, but Juicy Sour Green Apple is just as good.In fact I might even say that this is the best tasting supplement on the planet, not that I do nor should really care about taste, however it is a bonus. The only con is that I did notice a bloat at one time, but curiously enough I only experienced that once. I would also say that it mixes as good as any other product, being that it dissolves almost instantly into a light green concoction. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the effects to really start settling in. I personally noticed it really taking affect during the middle of my 3rd week, and from thence forth made great gains. If you are interested in stacking this product, I would recommend EAA's and some Beta Alanine, ideally coming from Controlled Labs Purple WrAAth since they were both designed to be stacked together, besides the basics (i.e. multi-vitamin, protein, etc.). Also, make sure you are consuming carbohydrates such as Dextrose and Maltodextrin to enhance the potency of Green MAGnitude. Another thing I like about tis product is that it comes with full customer support. All you have to do is register on the Controlled Labs forum and then you can post any questions and/or concerns you may have. Whether you are cutting or bulking or even doing something in between those, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Green MAGnitude. For all of these pros and little cons you are getting, the value is great to in my honest opinion, so now all that is left is whether or not you take my word for it and try it. I am sure, however, that you won't have to just take my word, because any search of Green MAGnitude brings up a plethora of positive feedback. It's delicious, mixes well, gives you great results, little side effects, and yet is completely safe at the same time. Granted, you still have to eat right, work out right, and recover right, but as a SUPPLEMENT to all of this, Green MAGnitude is one of my favorites, and I'm sure it will become one of your favorites too. It's green for crying out loud!

i have tried both flavors of green mag, though i prefer the sour green apple, both are excellent flavors and i am more than satisfied with either.
in terms of gains, i cant say i notice any real bloating. i have had better workouts as of late since switching to green mag from monohydrate, but i cannot say this is attributed to the product itself as there are other factors that play a role in my day-to-day acheivments. so i cant say if it is better than mono exactly.
mixability is great, no problems what so ever.

although you can pick up 80 servings for about $40 which is considered a good deal on designer creatine products, im still not overly impressed with the cost per serving as storm (universal) has 80 servings for $25, and i have also had great gains with that.

all in all, to each his own creatine, this ones good, im just a cheap university student on a budget

As a young boy, I always made a list for Santa Clause. That jolly old guy managed to give me all the guns, hookers and fast cars that I demanded, but he could never seem to get me that sour green apple creatine that I always wanted. Fast forward to today: unfortunately, Santa kicked the bucket due to a plethora of sexually transmitted diseases, but Controlled Labs is now making that sour green apple creatine I've always wanted.

Physical Energy - This is really more like endurance than "energy". This did a decent job for me of increasing endurance. It's nothing mind blowing at all, but it does allow for more consistent reps during a workout.

Low Side Effects - This uses Dicreatine Malate and Magnesium Creatine Chelate as its sources of creatine. Admittedly, I don't have the chemistry know-how to draw these compounds on paper, but I do know one thing - they don't make me retain water like creatine monohydrate. A little less bloat in the mirror works for me.

Taste - I've tried both Sour Green Apple and Electric Lemonade. Both flavors taste quite good. They do get a little old after a while, but what calorie free flavored creatine doesn't?

Mixes Well - It really does. I haven't tried it in milk, but I'd bet there are few that would be so adventurous as to try that.

Value - This is a fantastic value in the world of creatines. It can be taken every other day after the first week or two, and it will maintain its effectiveness. The only competition in this price range is probably Universal's Storm

Overall, this is a great product for the price. It has it all really...unless you're just not into apple or lemonade flavors.

Oh Santa, you old fool. If only you could see me now, cruising down the highway in my M5, with a hooker up front and one in the trunk - sipping on my Green Mag...
