Directions
Start by taking 1 capsule to assess your individual tolerance.

Take 1-3 capsules prior to activity or to promote relaxation and feelings of well being. Only take on workout days or when you need energy. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.

Do not consume when driving, operating machinery, or performing any hazardous activity. High doses may cause dizziness.
