Written by History in Effect - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Assimilation: I put one sample packet in 20 ounces of arctic water in my shaker and it blended nicely. Taste: The flavor is not overpowering or a strong lemonade flavor. It is lightly favored and taste admirable. Rating A: Mixing is painless and flavor is succulent. This was just the taste review, but below is more info about the product: This product helps you crank out extra sets and that has to be do to the profile which inclduese beta-alanine. Beta-alanine is proven in many studies to increase strength. It allows you to recover between sets and get stronger in some cases. You feel like you can do more weight than before. 1 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Written by ponshoe - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews To my surprise, i realize that i hate Purple Wraath. Its a blend of EEA's and BCAA's, you cant know the exact amount of each ingredient due to the propietary blend, but it should be a decent amount. Anyway i always stick to 2 scoops PRE and 1 POST, but i didnt feel anything at all, except from the disgusting tingling from the beta alanine. I need to talk about the taste, its totally DISGUSTING, i had troubles with swallowing and taking it in, because it tastes like medicine and leaves an awful aftertaste like puke!. I dont recommend it, i prefer OTHERS.veu 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by JCorginalbdass - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews I found that the times that I used it before cardio, I would come home after a run and felt like I could go back out and do the whole run again. The taste is very subtle and delicious. I can always tell if I like how a supp tastes if I look forward to drinking it. I always looked forward to drinking Wraath. One of the great things about Wraath is that the stuff seems to last forever. I used it for every workout and it lasted me about 6 months. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful

Written by MBSowards - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews In the time that I've used Purple Wraath, I have used other supplements that intend on decreasing muscle soreness, increasing endurance, etc. and I can plainly say that as of right now the only one I can say is without a doubt at the top, is Purple Wraath. I normally did 2 scoops, so the tub lasted me about 45 workouts. Taste: 10/10. At first I didn't like the taste, but once I drank it a few times, I found myself craving it. Wish they had something other than grape, but for now, the grape is pretty damn good. Ingredient Profile: 10/10. It's all in there, everything you need for the product to do what it needs to do. Some people say there is more blah blah in other products blah blah blah, but shut up and add another scoop. In comparison, it takes like 30 scoops of Xtend to reach an effective dose. Effectiveness: 13/10. I can honestly say that my workouts haven't changed much from the time that I started purple wraath. Weights have gone up, but routines have stayed basically the same. I can't remember being sore while on PW, and now I'm getting DOMS weekly. Much be good stuff, eh? Cost Effectiveness: 10/10. Any time you see a serving size of 90, even if you use more than serving a day, it's probably going to be cost effective. I've had this tub for what seems like forever and there is still some left. In my opinion, it is a great priced supplement, and even double dosed you get a month and a half worth! Overall Thoughts on the product: I always see people arguing over Xtend vs. Purple Wraath. So much so that when I saw people talking about Xtend being better I IMMEDIATELY bought some Xtend. I was nothing but disappointed with Xtend to be honest. DOMS like crazy after my workout, etc. All Xtend has going for it, in my opinion, is multiple flavors (especially watermelon). Purple Wraath is definitely my favorite "endurance" type of product. If you haven't tried it, I would definitely consider picking some up. A lot of people are saying it's cardio this and that, but I used it for both cardio AND weight training. No DOMS= completely satisfied with the product. Would I purchase it again? Not only will I buy it again when I have enough money to make another purchase (which could be years at this point, I'm poor and in college making like 20 dollars a month as an RA) but I would consider it a staple if I was able to afford it all the time. It's not expensive, but my lack of money is even more impressive than the price. lol. |
