Mixability:It mixes easily in a blender, mix it with really cold water and it tastes great, also make sure u shake it before you take a sip because there are little particles that settle. Productivity:This product is great if you are the type of person who always works out. I used to only be able to workout 3x a week but thanks to this product I can workout about 4-5x per week without feeling fatigued. This product really helps heal the muscles quickly which results in better muscle growth. For $50 for 90 servings you cant beat the price. When mixing, you'll notice that there are specs of the powder floating at the bottom just after mixing it. Usually, I sip this supplement during my workout and a quick shake will get rid of the specs. I take this supplement when Im doing my cardio sessions and it really gives me that pump that I need. When I take this supp, I can go on forever when doing cardio. It also seems to help me recover because of the BCAA. I sometimes mix this with Green mag as well..which makes for a potent and effective supplement! 90 servings for fifty bucks...its such a great deal considering how effective this supplement really is.
