Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews White Flood was a product I've been looking forward to using for a long time. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. With caffeine, Beta-alanine, L-Tyrosine, etc, etc, I expected a big boost. I am still waiting. I was very focused during my workout and seemed to have improved endurance, but the increased energy was just not there. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful

Written by veeshmack - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Pump-wise, this lacks the necessities of what a NO product is. There is little-to no pump felt throughout my workout, atleast nothing more intense than what i would usually get from my regular workout routine and pre-workout diet. taste is the biggest problem for me. I have tried diluting it and making it more concentrated, i dont know what it tastes like, but its not lemonade, i am not a fan of the taste one bit, i can only shoot it back and go with that, because i wouldnt not like to drink more of it 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Written by kkn105 - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews White Flood comes in lemonade flavor, which tastes very good. Unlike other lemonade flavored supplements this one is not sour. White flood is a very good value having 50 servings per container where as many other pre workout powders have any where from 20-30 servings per container. White flood is also Creatine and Carb free! this means alot to me. I dont like having maltodextrin, dextrose, etc. in my preworkout drink especially when I am restricting my Carbohydrates. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful
