Written by ponshoe - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Core ABC has a perfect blend of these aminos and promotes us a lot of benefits with them. BCAA's help us improve recovery after a heavy workout, promotes protein synthesis and muscle regeneration, are anti-catabolic and there is more and more. Plus Core ABC is added with Citrulline Malate that help us upgrade our endurance by reducing lactic acid. Beta Alanine is another plus that help us as well with endurance and avoid the fatigue that comes after every heavy/intense workout. The price is very good and affordable, it well worth it and the flavors rocks!. Just tried the fruit punch and its very tasty actually, and heard good things about the grape as well. If youre cutting and need an extra boost for your workouts and to avoid muscle catabolism, this is for you. On a bulk i'd save the money because youre getting plenty of aminos from food but if you can afford it, you'll see differences/improvements as well. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by Rodzilla - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews This is a very good rating. I don't think I even gave UP 2.0 Choco PB 10/10, so don't let a lesser figure deter you. I enjoyed the taste. The best way to describe it is sugar free kool-aid. All BCAA products have a bit of an aftertaste, most of us that use BCAA on a regular bases have grown acustom to this. I was not bothered by any slight aftertaste there may have been, it just tasted sweet to me. Profile - 9/10 Serving Size: 2 heaping scoops Servings per Container: 50 L-Leucine 5.0g ** L-Isoleucine 2.5g ** L-Valine 2.5g ** L-Glutamine 2.5g ** Beta-Alanine 2.5g ** Citruline Malate 2.5g note: I weighed the powder, and 2 LEVEL scoops would equal 20g (the appropriate weight) BCAA10/10 for those of you who consume BCAA products during your training, this is perfect. I feel like 10g of BCAA is an appropriate amount for during training. Beta Alanine9/10 I had been using bulk beta-alanine for some time, and had not really been getting any noticeable parethesia (tingles) for some reason when I started using Core even at 1 scoop I was tingling a bit. They must have one hell of a source. I gave it a 9 only because I would have liked to see the 'recomended' 3.2g Citrulline Malate8/10 I started the tub whilst bulking, and then increased dosage while cutting. I think the CM may have helped keep me looking full. I liked the lower dosed CM because it did not get me uncomfortably pumped during cardio. If you are looking for a pump, you may need another product to go along with this. Effectiveness - 9/10 I definitely think this supp did what it was intended to do. I really found it usefull while in a caloric defecit, as I seemed to lose no strength (which was in part diet) but I was depending on core to help ward of catabolism..which it did. I may mention I lost no strength during 3 weeks of a 'mini-cut' Price - 10/10 500g BCAA (unflavored) 22.99 100g L-Glutamine (25g short) 4.95 100g CM (25g short) 12.00 100g BA (25g short) 7.95 Total = 47.89 This also tastes like ass, and no, a packet of crystal light will not fix it Core Price = 44.95 if you look around you get more stuff, it tastes a hell of a lot better, and its cheaper than bulk 10/10 and I won't here any arguements, especially after all that really hard math Would I buy again - Absolutely Results 1 - 4 of 4 |
