Cyto Gainer was a diamond in the rough in my honest opinion - a hidden gem. It helped me to pack on a few extra solid pounds of mass during my bulk, and I will most certainly continue to use it during my bulking phases. Personally, I like the Chocolate Mint and Banana Creme flavor the most, especially in milk. You also get a healthy dose of creatine and glutamine, which I have found to add in Cyto Gainer's applications and effectiveness. I have heard of some people making their own home made weight gain shakes during a bulk, but I personally believe that that is just too much of a hassle, especially when you can purchase something that's not too expensive, taste great, mixes great, and just flat out works that requires simply scooping and blending. So in my opinion Cyto Gainer has great value as well.

My second favorite Premade weight gainer. Cytosport made it well with this one, Cyto Gainer, a real healthy weight gainer with high amount of calories coming from healthy sources. Its very common to see some weight gainers offering TONS of calories, but most of them are totally dirty ( loaded with tons of sugar, unhealthy carbs, fat and minimal protein ), but with Cytogainer you can't go wrong due to its perfect formulation.

Taste: 10/10 Same as Muscle Milk, there is no flavor that taste bad at all, all the opposite, you can try to find which taste better, thats difficult.

Mixability: 10/10 No objects at all, creamy consistency.

Profile: 10/10 High protein content, Moderate carb content coming from healthy sources with only a few grams of sugar that most are naturally made and fat content are in check. 600 cals per serving, i think thats a good deal, plus it has BCAA's and some creatine monohydrate to reforce it.

Price: 9/10 It can be a lil expensive but much more cheaper than regulars. You cant beat homemade gainers in term of price but if you can go with CytoGainer, go for it, it worth it.

Highly recommended for high calorie meal replacement and/or POST workout.

I used cytogainer to bulk up and put some quality mass on this winter. Well, I had never tried anything from cytosport before and I was plesantly surprised! I used the chocolate mint flavor and it was delicious! I couldn't wait until after my workout to drink it, it was almost like a watery icecream flavor. Since it has creatine in it, my strength went up and I gained a lot of weight. I went through 2 tubs of it, and put on about 10 pounds, which is pretty good for me. Since it has a lot of different sources of protein, it is really anti-catabolic, which is good for recovery. Another thing I like about it is that it is really rich in glutamine. Overall 9/10

I've gone through 4 tubs of Cytogainer over the course of the past year. I've alternated between this, Real Gains, and Pro Complex gainer for years. I have found Cytogainer to be the best quality gainer of the one's mentioned.

Taste- The taste is very good in my opinion. I bought the Cookies N Cream flavor and was very happy with the taste. It doesn't taste quite as good as Muscle Milk, but for a Weight Gainer it is pretty good.

Mixability- The mixability was fantastic. I haven't tried mixing it with a spoon, but it mixes easily with a shaker cup. Just shake it up for 15-30 seconds, let sit for 1 minute, and repeat. I never noticed any sort of clumps or anything of that nature.

Weight Gain- Now for the good part! Usually weight gainers put on "fat" weight, but I didn't notice that with Cytogainer. I gain around 3-4 clean pounds with every tub I go through. I wouldn't use it during a cut, but during a bulking phase Cytogainer is exceptional!

Price- The price is decent, but could be better. Real Gains is cheaper and has more servings, but doesn't taste nearly as well. The extra $2-3 is definitely worth it!

Mixed well if shaken well enough. Tastes just like Muscle Milk. But personally I feel that Muscle Milk is better. But if you are looking for a pure weight gainer, THIS IS IT.
