Diet Muscle Milk is Cytosport's latest iteration of their signature product. This comes in a four-pack of RTDs, so the price is a bit high due to the convenience factor. But what really kills me is that each RTD contains so few calories - 140 - so it's not an MRP and thus not really worth the money. The best feature is the 10 grams of protein (sodium caseinite and whey) and the inclusion of MCTs (Diet Muscle Milk contains 5 grams of fat per serving). Taste, which is where Cytosport usually shines, was a bit disappointing. The flavor was weak and seemed watered-down, though the lack of sugar probably had something to do with that. It's not the rich flavor I'm used to from Cytosport, and it's obvious that this is a "Diet" product. It also failed to fill me up at all; perhaps downing the entire pack at once would be a better option.
