CytoSport is known for Muscle Milk, but the real star of that supplement is the EvoPro protein blend within. Thankfully, the company isolated it and sells it on its own now in a variety of flavors. The blend is top notch, with micellar casein listed as the first ingredient in the mix, so it doesn't seem to be a "pixie dust" extended-release protein. This also contains added glutamine for recovery as well as Milk Protein Isolate and Whey, so all your bases are covered. While the blend alone would make this worth buying, it also contains MCTs, my favorite kind of fat. Dieters will also love this thanks to the low carb count (2 grams per serving, which has 26 grams of protein), and the lack of sugar. The Tropical Blitz flavor is unique and refreshing. It's tough to pinpoint the exact fruits included, but there are hints of mango, papaya and probably a handful of other tropical fruits I wouldn't recognize on the street but still can enjoy the taste of.
