I LOVE Muscle Milk, since it came out i´ve had enjoyed all flavors and there is no one i really hate. Cytosport does a really good work here and by adding the Light version, it allow us ( People cutting ) enjoy more of this really healthy dessert of shake. This version has almost half the calories the Muscle Milk original has, so its an easy way to replace meals, the blend of proteins, carbs and fats makes Muscle milk a real replacement meal.

Taste is awesome on whether flavor, as i said earlier there is no flavor i hate yet, all are very similar to the flavor they claim and the mixability its pretty easy on a shaker or on a blender. I prefer to take them with water rather than milk, cuz i sense more the flavor.

When im on it, its a staple for breakfast or bedtime but it can be a bit expensive, cuz of its protein content.

Cytosport raises the bar with Muscle Milk Light. They took notice to all their critics and beloved users complaining of the high fat and calorie content of regular Muscle Milk. In turn, they produced the same great product with a third of the fat and fewer calories. The product remains unchanged otherwise and still produces a great protein blend of whey and casein.

The taste is the exact same of regular Muscle Milk. This is like Diet Dr. Pepper and regular Dr. Pepper. No difference. Same great taste with every flavor, favorite is definitely the peanut butter chocolate; makes a great bed time shake.

Muscle Milk Light mixes very well with water or milk and has a very good consistency. I have yet to have a hard time mixing up CytoSport's protein. Great product for someone watching their calories but looking for great protein--would be ideal for a cut.

CytoSport Muscle Milk Light

I have gone through a few tubs of Muscle Milk Light! It tastes great! Just as good as the Orignal. So Far I have tried Cookies N Cream, Chocolate, vanilla Creme, and Creme Brule. These taste really good mixed in about 20oz of liquid (skim milk IMO). I would rate these flavors from Cookies N Cream the best, Chocolate second, Vanilla Creme third, and finally Creme Brule (gets old fast). If you have tried the original, then you know how great this stuff tastes. It also has a great protein blend consisting of slow and fast digesting proteins, Ideal for any time of the day.

This product could cost alot if you consume it as they recommend (only 15 serving), but once in a while as a treat its a great deal!

I however mix 1 scoop of Muslce Milk Light in about 8oz of Cottage cheese (add in some milk or water), and it tastes like Ice Cream. I eat this before bed. Something to look foreward to a night.
