If you have not tried this flavor and you take Muscle Milk then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! I haven't been disappointed with a single muscle milk flavor yet. Ingredients: 9/10 I don't care what people say about it having a lot of fat in it. The fact it has such a nice blend of EFA and MCTs makes me like it. The casein in it is great also. I dropped the scoop of powder in water and it stayed intact, INTACT. That goes to show you the amount of casein in it. Consistency: 10/10 Muscle Milk is nice and thick, just like a milk shake. Throw in some oats for some good carbs. Mixability: 10/10 I used a blender just because I wanted it to be perfect. I've used a shaker bottle, and was still impressed by the mixability. Overall: 10/10 Despite the 9 it did get, I give this a 10/10. It's just awesome. If I can continue to afford it, it's a staple in my supplements unless I can find a better casein. This is not a wonder product, but it is darn close to one of the best protein powders you can get. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by tigerstyle - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews I usually mix my supps with my shaker but for Muscle Milk I use my nalgene bottle. I find no clumps and it mixes perfectly. Muscle milk is also has a very good consistency and isn't thin like other protein powders. Its just perfect to say the least. The price isn't that bad, but the servings aren't so great either. They have too many flavors too choose from, but I usually just stick with Vanilla or Chocolate/Chocolate mint :)! 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by OMGitsMAXX - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews As far as the facts, 35g protein + milk def. passes the bar as a meal replacement. The low amount of carbs and high amount of fat makes it great for low carb dieting. And don't forget the good taste. The saturated fat is not really the same saturated fat you think of. The price can be justified, it comes down to about $1.25 per serving with a good amount of protein, and a good amount of healthy fats(which are hard to get). Has a perfect taste & profile for a MRP for low carb dieters. That's about it. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
