Gourmet Vanilla

Considering that this is an isolate product, Dymatize doesn't offer that great of a profile, with 1.5 grams of fat and 2 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Sure, that's pretty lean, but when compared to something like Isoflex, it's not very impressive. You get 24 g of protein per scoop here, but it is a mix of whey isolate and whey concentrate, so not as good as it could be. One benefit of the profile is the digestive enzymes, but assuming this is mostly isolate, those shouldn't be too much of a necessity. This mixed thicker than most isolates, but that'd be due to the WPC, most likely. The taste was sadly horrible, the vanilla flavoring was there but was overwhelmed by a heavy chemical element. The price is low for an isolate, but this is basically a blend.
