This is the forerunner to Dymatize's Energized Xpand (I believe), as I got it for a pretty reasonable price. While Dymatize claims that this is a "controlled release" compound, I found that the energy from this really did not last that long. The initial kick of energy was good, although not overwhelmingly intense. Great pumps and pretty solid vascularity, though, so no complaints. It's annoying that Dymatize went the proprietary blend route so you can't see how much of each ingredient is in here. That means you can't mess with the dosage if you choose to. Overall, it's a pretty comprehensive formula, with caffeine, taurine, AAKG, betaine anyhdrous, citrulline and more. I also like the addition cinnulin for blood glucose control. Fairly inexpensive, pretty complete.
