Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews Dymatize seems to excel at making products that taste great but aren't exactly the top of their class in terms of performance, and Xpand Xtreme Pump continues that trend. The flavor of this is great, and you get great initial energy. However, Xpand Xtreme Pump's effects don't last very long, which means I'm often pretty fatigued around the midpoint of my workout. Oddly enough, pumps were pretty weak (especially considering the name). I like the fact that this is sugar-free and that it lacks 1,3 D (now the HFCS of energy supplements). The creatine and BCAA content is also a plus. Mixability is good for the most part, except there is always a sludgy residue at the bottom that refuses to break up, no matter how much you mix it. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by veeshmack - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews One of the reasons i loved the original Xpand was the full serving of creatine, which the new one offered, so i gave it a shot. Flavoring was pretty good as it usually is with dymatize. the fruit punch was a bit too sweet, but nothing too bad. Pump was pretty good. Overall energy, stamina, endurance and focus was bang on. couldnt ask for anything more. the big downside to this from what i've found would be, that on a consistent basis i would get an upset stomach usually towards the end of my workout. its the only reason i dont still use the product Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
